The valve flap of the H42 vertical lift check valve slides
along the central axis of the valve body under gravity. When pressure is applied at the inlet end, the valve flap overcomes the spring force to open. When the pressure at the inlet end is lower than at the outlet end, the spring presses the valve flap against the valve seat, preventing backflow and isolating the medium, achieving the function of stopping reverse flow.
If the vertical lift check valve is installed upright, it does not require an external spring, as the gravity of the valve flap and the pressure difference of the fluid can automatically achieve the function of stopping reverse flow. The vertical lift check valve has the characteristics of simple structure, fewer components, light weight, and reliability, making it widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power generation, city water, etc.
